The shipments in France:
Each light is unique and made on demand especially for you, a manufacturing delay is to be expected, between 2 and 3 weeks depending on the models. This delay is clearly indicated on each product sheet. As soon as your light is ready we ship as fast as possible so you can start enjoying your purchase. Our GLS and BVM carriers deliver your orders within 2 to 4 days with the option to schedule the date and time of delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping. Please also add any additional shipping instructions in the "comments" section of your order.

Damaged Shipments:
We have selected our carriers to provide the best shipping and customer service; however, occasional problems may occur. If you notice significant damage to your package or any other delivery issues, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to omadesignfr@icloud.com. If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternate, secure address for a second delivery attempt).

SHIPPING RATES

We ship all of our fixtures via 2 carriers GLS for small models and BMV for large models. These 2 carriers offer you scheduling of your delivery according to your schedule.

Shipping cost :
The cost differs between models:

-Small models the shipping cost is 13,40€.

-Large models the shipping cost is 56,84€.
